Top 10 Worst Sources of Aspartame

Please make sure this stuff isn’t in the things you give your children.  Check yogurt labels, cereal and kids’ medicine.  If you can buy regular whole fat yogurt it’s WAY better for your kids (and you) than the low fat stuff.  When they make a low fat version of something they have to add sugar and/or chemicals to make up for the lack of flavor.  We need fat in our diets, we don’t need processed sugar, and we certainly don’t need any carcinogenic sugar substitutes.  Aspartame actually makes us crave more sweet stuff so it’s just a vicious cycle that ends up causing weight gain instead of the opposite.   If we can help our kids avoid carcinogens and other toxins they will live longer and healthier lives.  We have to learn what to look for… I mean, who would think you’d have to read the ingredients of a cooking sauce to see if there’s Aspartame in it???  Formaldehyde is a by-product of one or two of the ingredients. Formaldehyde… man, I don’t even want that stuff put in me when I’m DEAD!!!
